Happy Rabbit Year ahead!

My Chinese New Year is usually packed with activities on the first day and it slowly quietens down.

I started the day early by giving my Chinese New Year greetings to my parents, otherwise known as Bai Nian, 拜年, in Chinese.

Set off to Beebops’ Granny’s place for a Lunch gathering with his relatives.

Popped by Beebops place to 拜年 before heading to my granny’s place for dinner. I love Chinese New Year dinner at my Granny’s place as she is such a marvellous cook, preparing the huge spread for close to 30 people and still maintaining the quality of her dishes. And did I mention that she does it single handedly?!

The dishes prepared by her are truly made with loads of love.

Here’s my get up of the day from hair to earrings and my usual outfit of the day. 🙂
